Tahlia Nguyen
Manages intake, housing, adoptions and foster care at the Bendigo region shelter and has worked in shelters for twelve years, six of them here.
Dev Prasad
Supervises the kennels, cattery and salon at the Echuca region centre and has been with Riverbend for seven years, starting as a groomer.
Renee Castellano
Coordinates the council animal management contract, the impound facility and the officer roster after four years as an authorised officer.
Jordan Whitlam
Leads behavioural assessments, enrichment planning and group classes, and has been designing shelter behaviour programs at Riverbend for five years.
Hamish McLeod
Owns the WHS system, document control, finance and volunteer program across all three sites, and joined Riverbend three years ago from local government.
Aisha Rahimi
Senior nurse who runs surgical preparation, anaesthesia monitoring and recovery, and mentors student nurses; she has been at the clinic for six years.
Ben Takarangi
Handles daily feeding, cleaning, health checks and intake for the dog kennels and has been on the shelter roster for two years.
Lucy Featherstone
Runs clinic reception, appointment scheduling, admissions paperwork and client accounts, and has been the first voice callers hear for four years.
